Please contact us for a shipping quote on all international orders. Orders outside the United States will not be processed through our check out system, but we will be happy to send you a shipping quote via e mail or telephone.

Yes you can. Tracking a package is easy when you have set up an account with us. Click on Track a Package at the top of every page and enter your personal information. | Is the color exactly the same in person? |
Well, yes and no. Images and colors will appear different on different computers. We do not guarantee that the colors will look exactly the same as they do on your screen, we simply can't. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content available on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We're human! If a product offered on the site is not as it was described, your option is to return it in unused condition.

| How can I place my order? |
Placing an order is easy with LaMaisonMarche.com and you have lots of options. If you feel more comfortable placing your order in person you may do so by calling us at 916-736-1994. A customer service specialist will be happy to place your order for you. You can simply place an order by using our secure check out process. You can also fax an order to us 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 916-736-1004. Your order will be processed the very next business day.

| What method of shipping do you use? |
All different forms. We are currently using Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. We are using the form of shipping that is most economical for each order. We are using approximations for shipping. Sometimes we come out ahead, sometimes we lose a few dollars and every so often we come out just right. It is not our intention to profit on shipping and handeling. We have some items that obviously are cheaper to ship, some more expensive. Shipping and handeling is a work in progress.

| My package arrived and was marked with Lollia, but my order was glassware, why? |
La Maison Marche is concerned with preserving our enviroment and in an effort to remain more ecologically friendly, this may mean that from time to time you may receive a box from a vendor that is different than your order. We found ourselves breaking down perfectly good boxes to package things in our own La Maison Marche boxes. Although we believe this practice to be good for marketing, we also felt it wasteful and selfish. We hope you find this an important issue as well.

| When Can I expect my order? |
Standard shipping time is 7-10 days. Sometimes your order will arrive a bit earlier, depends on how close to California you live. If your item is in stock it will usually be wrapped up and shipped the following business day. If your item is not in stock, or on back order, you will be notified and given the opportunity to either cancel your order or proceed with the order. We hope this answers your question.

| Do I have to pay sales tax? |
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. (Because we are based in California). Any order that is processed through our physical store (not on the internet) will also be charged our state sales tax.

| Why is the color chocolate more expensive on your Bella Notte Bedding? It is my favorite color! |
Good Question, and we wish this wasn't the case. Bella Notte was actually considering no longer carrying this color becasue it is such a difficult process to achieve this rich intense color. There was an overwhelming response from customers and retailers. Because of this ( a company that really does listen to its customers) they charge extra for this color only. It is fabulous, and still our best selling color so it is worth the few extra dollars to have chocolate.

Yes, we do carry a number of Sean Fox Designs pieces in a number of different sizes. Sean Fox Designs is no longer operating, but we have several of his one of a kind pieces still available . We are now proud to carry Victoria Miller Creations, which is very similar in style.Our inventory changes daily, but feel free to contact our store directly at 916-736-1994 to discuss our current Sean Fox inventory. We are not able to place any future orders, but are happy to offer some of his last pieces. His is truly unqiue and custom art.

La Maison Marche means Home Market, in french of course. We are partners with La Maison Designs, which means home designs. We are home and gift boutique in East Sacramento, and also provide design services under the name La Maison Designs.

| When did you start carrying Walter George 1935? |
We were fortunate enough to discover Walter George 1935 in March 08. We found his tiles and were so impressed we hounded the artist until he agreed to allow us to carry his tiles in our retail store. We consider ourselves truly luck to have found them, and are very proud to carry them. They are handmade (truly) and made right here in the United States. Each tile is truly unqiue and is not mass produced. They never will be! Every Walter George 1935 ile is numbered and signed by the artist. There will never be more than 1,935 of each tile made, and some are even more limited. We carry a large inventory of Walter George 1935, and look forward to carrying even more in the future. We are happy to discuss with you, or assist you in selecting the perfect tile for you. We love talking about our new discovery and are anxious to share them with our customers. Thanks for asking!

Thank you. From time to time there will be an error either in price or in description. We are only human. We reserve the right to cancel that order and refund our customer's money. We try not to do this, and if it isn't a big deal, we don't. If we are however missing a "0" in a price, that may be too large a mistake to overlook.
